Pie Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 9 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Pie International Company (شركة باي العالمية للإستشارات التكنولوجية) ("Pie," "we," "us" or "our") for your Pie membership and your use of our website at join-pie.com (together, the "Service").

You accept these Terms at onboarding, together with our Privacy Policy and the Confidentiality Agreement. The three documents form your membership contract. If they conflict on how your information is handled, the Confidentiality Agreement prevails; on everything else, these Terms prevail.

Pie is for individuals. You must be 18 or older to become a member, and your membership is personal to you — even if someone else pays for it, you remain the member. Typing your name at onboarding is your electronic signature and is valid as one.

Changes to These Terms. We may update this Policy when our Service or the law changes. We'll post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, let you know on WhatsApp or by email.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.
The Service
Pie is a personal assistant service. Your co-pilot — the Pie team member assigned to you — carries out the tasks you delegate, by messaging, on your behalf. We choose which co-pilot works with you and may change your co-pilot from time to time.

Membership tiers.
  • Solo — 30 KD per month: 6 tasks and unlimited quick requests, for personal life.
  • Executive — 120 KD per month: 15 tasks, for personal and business life.
Tasks and quick requests.
A quick request is something your co-pilot can complete in a single step with a provider you've already chosen — booking a table at a named restaurant, making an appointment with your dentist within the dates you give, or calling a specific shop to ask about price or availability. A task is anything that involves research, comparing options or coordinating several steps — finding the right dentist, sourcing a vendor, planning a trip, or a piece of business research. If a quick request turns out to need research or multiple steps, your co-pilot will tell you before it's treated as a task. Task allowances apply per membership month, and unused tasks don't carry over.

What we don't do.
We don't provide legal, medical, tax or investment advice, and we won't carry out anything unlawful or anything that requires a licence we don't hold. If a request falls outside the Service, your co-pilot will tell you.

Vendors.
Many tasks involve third parties — restaurants, clinics, drivers, couriers, travel and delivery providers. We choose and coordinate them with reasonable care, but the vendor's own terms apply to what they provide, and we are not responsible for a vendor's performance, availability, cancellations or pricing.
Membership and Payment
  • Membership is monthly, in Kuwaiti dinars.
  • When you join, we email you your onboarding form and a payment link. Your membership starts on the day your payment is received. Payment links expire after a short period; if yours has lapsed, just ask and we'll send a new one.
  • Memberships don't renew automatically. On the last day of your membership month, your co-pilot will check whether you'd like to renew. If you do, we send you a renewal link and your membership continues once it's paid. If you don't, your membership ends at the end of the month — there's nothing else you need to do.
  • We may change our prices. Any change applies from your next membership month, and we'll tell you before sending the renewal link.
Purchases on Your Behalf
Pie doesn't handle or make payments for you. Where a task involves buying something — a booking deposit, a gift, tickets — we send you the vendor's payment link or invoice, and you settle it directly with the vendor. Purchases are yours; the vendor's terms, including refund and cancellation rules, apply to them.

Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once a membership month has started, except that:
  • if we end your membership other than for a breach of these Terms, we refund the unused part of the current month; and
  • where the Service has fallen short, we may, at our discretion, refund or credit you.
Stopping, Pausing and Returning
You can stop at any time by not renewing, or by telling your co-pilot. If you leave and come back, we keep your member profile as described in our Privacy Policy so you can return without re-onboarding — unless you've asked us to delete it, in which case we start fresh with a new onboarding.

Ending or Suspending a Membership
Pie may suspend or end any membership at any time, at our discretion, and we aren't required to give reasons. We may also decline to accept a new member or re-admit a former one. If we end your membership for a breach of these Terms — including abusive treatment of our team, unlawful requests, giving us access you weren't entitled to give or asking us to use it for something you're not allowed to do, or using your membership for people outside it — no refund is due for the remainder of the month. If we end it for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the current month.
Your Responsibilities
  • Accurate information. Give us accurate, current information and tell us when it changes.
  • Other people. Where you share information about family, colleagues or contacts, you confirm you're entitled to share it with us.
  • Access you give us. Some tasks need access to an account or platform — an email inbox, a government or travel portal. You share such access only at your own request. We'll ask you to use a temporary password or limited access where possible; your co-pilot uses it only for the task you've asked for; you can revoke it at any time; and you remain responsible for the account and for anything the platform's own terms require of you.
  • Lawful use. Don't ask Pie to do anything unlawful, to bypass a vendor's or platform's terms, or to access anything you aren't entitled to grant access to.
  • Personal use. Your membership is for you — your own life, your household and, on Executive, your business. It isn't a shared account: don't use it to run errands for friends or others outside your household, or pass their requests through as your own. Real people deliver this service, and if we find a membership being used for others we may end it.
  • Our team. Treat co-pilots and the Pie team with respect.
Automated Messages and Reminders
Some of your service is automated and comes from a dedicated Pie number: reminders for your appointments and tasks; calendar reminders, where you've given us access to your calendar; and a weekly briefing on what's coming up — drawn from your calendar and the dates you asked us to track at onboarding, such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and milestones. You can switch any automation off at any time by messaging your co-pilot. Automations stop within 24 hours of your request or of your membership ending; a message received in that window is a previously scheduled reminder, not a continuation of service. Any calendar access you've granted is disconnected when your membership ends, and you can disconnect it yourself at any time.

We contact you only from the official Pie numbers confirmed at onboarding. Treat any other number claiming to be Pie as suspicious and tell us.

Confidentiality and Privacy
How we protect and use your information is set out in the Confidentiality Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Nothing in these Terms reduces those commitments.

Testimonials
We may ask you for a testimonial. We publish one only with your permission and only in the form you approve.

Our Responsibility to You
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that:
  • we are not liable for losses caused by information you didn't give us, gave us late, or gave us incorrectly; by a vendor or platform; or by events outside our reasonable control;
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost opportunity or loss of data; and
  • our total liability to you for any claim, however arising, is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross fault, death or personal injury, or anything that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in them affects rights you have as a consumer under Kuwaiti law.

Intellectual Property
The Pie name, brand, website, materials and ways of working belong to Pie. Anything we prepare for you as part of a task is yours to use for your own purposes. If you give us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms. We'll tell you on WhatsApp or by email at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. If you don't agree with a change, you can choose not to renew; renewing after the change takes effect means you accept it.

Complaints and Disputes
Talk to us first. If something has gone wrong, message your co-pilot or email hello@join-pie.com. A senior member of the Pie team reviews every complaint personally and will respond within 7 days. Most issues are resolved at this stage, and we may offer a refund or credit where appropriate.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

General
  • These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Confidentiality Agreement are the entire agreement between you and Pie
  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • If we ever transfer the business, your membership passes to the successor under the same commitments.
  • If we don't enforce a right immediately, we haven't waived it.
  • These Terms are issued in English.
